Milan Fur & NAFA celebrate the retail season with a fashion show in Bei’an City

November 19, 2017

On Nov. 18, 2017, NAFA joined Milan Fur at the Northeast Asia Shopping Plaza in Bei’an City to host a spectacular catwalk show. Set in front of the world’s highest indoor rock garden, over 1,000 VIP guests gathered at the shopping plaza to view the latest in fur and fashion.

Founded in 1996, Milan Fur is the biggest fur retailer in Heihe Area, Heilongjiang Province. Bordering Russia and known for extremely cold winters, the Heihe Area is a key fur garment retail center in China. Milan Fur boasts a selection of the world’s top quality furs, and includes a Black NAFA Top Lot (Female) from NAFA’s February Auction.

Prior to the catwalk show, Rob Cahill, NAFA’s Senior Vice President of International Marketing, welcomed over 1,000 guests and awarded the NAFA Top Lot Plaque to Milan Fur.

The catwalk show kicked off with a selection of minimalist black and white looks, followed by trendy soft, warm grays that bring a gentle touch to cold temperatures. Laser printing on fur with Chinese motifs added interesting elements and fun to the luxury garments.

The grand finale showcased a long fur coat made from the Black NAFA Top Lot, tailored for this event. With the rock garden setting, beautiful models and glamorous furs, the audience thoroughly enjoyed the exciting show to celebrate the winter retail season.
