Communications
Computer centres are available throughout the building at no charge for buyers. The NAFA building also has a wireless network with access points throughout including the auction room, allowing visitors to easily access the internet from their laptops.
Cell phones are also available to buyers upon request for those who wish to be able to make and receive long distance calls both within and outside of the building. Charges will be added to buyer accounts and must be settled with the payment of invoices. Reservations for cell phones must be made well in advance with Buyer Services. Phone cards are also available upon request.
Hotel Reservations and Car Rentals
Buyers can request hotel reservations and car rentals by or fax 416-675-6865. A credit card number is required to make all reservations, however you pay the hotel directly at check out by either credit card or in cash.
NAFA is conveniently located near Toronto’s Pearson Airport and has five hotels within walking distance of the auction. A NAFA shuttle is available from these hotels to the NAFA building. Most of the hotels also have an airport pickup. Please note that the NAFA shuttle cannot pick up at the airport due to security restrictions.
There are many additional hotels available in the centre of Toronto located near the entertainment and restaurant districts; however shuttle service is not available to these hotels. Taxi services or a car rental will be required.
