BETTER THAN EXPECTED CLEARANCES FOR WILD FUR

September 6, 2014

NAFA concluded its September wild fur sale today with a fresh offering of Coyotes, Muskrats and Lynx Cats, which all sold 100%.  The remainder of the wild fur consisted of unsold skins from our May sale, which also saw higher than expected clearances.

Hong Kong/China, with excellent support from Russia, dominated the Raccoon and Beaver sale, while in Lynx and Lynx Cats, Greece and Italy were the main takers.

NAFA is very proud to acknowledge that despite the difficult season, we were able to sell over 10 million Mink and one million Raccoon this year, both company records.

Overall, NAFA had a very successful September auction and would like to thank all of our customers around the world for their support.
