Day 3 of NAFA’s May mink sale opened with the sale of Demi Brown male mink, which sold 85% at prices firm to the most recent international levels.
NAFA’s outstanding collection of 250,000 Pastels sold 90%. Males were firm to NAFA’s February auction, while females advanced.
The biggest buyer in today’s sale was China, with good support from Korea and Greece.
NAFA’s May auction continues tomorrow with the sale of Demi Brown females, Palomino and Black Cross males and females, Lynx Cat and Lynx.
Yesterday’s offering of raccoons saw nearly 100% clearances on the fresh collection, and overall 160,000 were sold, establishing a new price structure for the article.

The Top Lot of Pastel Mink — Female was purchased by Guangzhou Manali Apparel Trading Co. Ltd. for Qiqi Fur, of Beijing, China, for $270. Produced by Unicorn.
The Top Lot of Fisher was purchased by Dimitris Karanikolas for KN Furs of Kastoria, Greece, for $102.
